Fireblight Ganon
Fireblight Ganon is the boss inside Divine Beast Vah Rudania, the lizard on Death Mountain. It swings a burning greatsword. The eye is the weak point. The second phase adds a fire shield that a remote bomb breaks, if you throw the bomb while it is breathing in.
Stay at bow range for the first half
Ice arrows to the eye are the clean hit. A normal arrow works if that is what you have. When it drops, close in with a two-handed weapon and leave before the sword comes back. A horizontal burning swing is a backflip. Do not roll toward the blade to 'get inside' the greatsword. The swing is wide.
Flamebreaker armor is the gear for the mountain outside, and it still matters in the room if a patch of fire is on the floor. Eat a fireproof meal if the armor is not upgraded yet. Daruk's Protection, once you have it from this beast, is not available until after the fight, so this room is on your own shield.
The inhale is the second phase
It wraps itself in fire and starts to draw in air for a huge fireball. That suction pulls a remote bomb in with everything else. Throw the bomb and detonate as it reaches the body. The shield breaks and the blight falls. Empty your stamina bar on the body, then back off before it stands.
If the bomb is late, the fireball is the attack you dodge, not the one you block. A shield will not make a room-sized burst polite. Repeat the eye shots and the inhale bomb until it dies. Ancient arrows skip the lesson and are reasonable here if Rudania is your last beast and you want the shorter fight.
