Champion Ability: Freezing Aura
For 1 elixir, Hero Ice Wizard activates his freezing aura, locking down nearby enemies. At launch, the freeze duration lasted for a massive 7 seconds, disabling high-damage chargers and fast attackers instantly.
Furthermore, his freezing controls carry a slight knockback and soft interrupt attribute. This means continuous ramps like Inferno Dragon or Mighty Miner will have their locks broken, forcing them to recharge from scratch.
Leveling and Strategy
Players can unlock Hero Ice Wizard through the Season 87 Pass or specific Champion Draft events. Because he is a Champion, his presence enables faster card cycles, making him a staple for control and siege archetypes.
