Bennett: Burst Inside the Circle, Attack Comes from Base Attack

Updated 2026-10-17· Patch 长期有效Pyro, Burst

Bennett's burst is the button. Stand in the circle to take the attack buff. Weapons and artifacts that add attack percent do not increase that buff. Base attack does.

Overload and the circle

Passion Overload is a Pyro strike. Tap for a fast hit and particles. Hold for more hits and a knock-up at the end, which throws small enemies and often throws you off the rotation. Tap unless you are breaking a shield that needs the extra Pyro. The skill is also how he applies Pyro for Kazuha to swirl before a burst.

Fantastic Voyage drops a field. Inside it, characters are healed and gain an attack bonus based on Bennett's base attack: his own base plus the weapon's base, not green attack percent. The field also applies Pyro to the character on the field. Below a health threshold the attack bonus stops and only the heal remains, until constellation one removes that line. If you are not at that constellation, do not open the circle at low HP and expect the buff.

Snapshot means the order is the build

Xiangling's Pyronado records Bennett's buff at the moment she casts it. Bennett burst first. She steps into the circle. Then she bursts. If she bursts in the doorway and walks in afterwards, the wheel does not pick the buff up. Xingqiu's rain swords do not snapshot the same way. He can burst before or after the circle. Xiangling cannot.

The Pyro on the active character is a problem for a freeze team and a gift for a Vaporize team. Do not drop the circle under a Cryo attacker who needed to stay Cryo. Do drop it under Xiangling.

A high-base sword and Noblesse

Four-piece Noblesse Oblige so the burst also gives a team attack bonus on cast. Energy recharge sands, because a Bennett who cannot burst is a Pyro particle and nothing else. HP goblet if you need the heal to keep people in the fight. A sword with a high base attack is the stat that moves the buff: Sapwood Blade is craftable and has energy recharge. A five-star with a low base and a pretty passive can be worse than that craftable.

Level the burst until the attack ratio stops being the team's bottleneck. The skill only needs levels if you are using the hits for damage, which you are not. Leave the normal attack alone.
