Neuvillette: Charge the Beam, Pick Up the Droplets

Updated 2026-10-17· Patch 长期有效Hydro, On-field

Do not weave normal attacks on Neuvillette. Drop droplets with the skill and the burst, pick one up, and hold the charged attack until the beam ends.

Skill, burst, and the charged beam

His charged attack, Equitable Judgment, is a Hydro beam that scales with HP. It has a long wind-up unless he has a Sourcewater Droplet. The elemental skill throws a droplet onto the field and leaves a small Hydro surge. The burst calls down waterfalls and drops more droplets. Both skills are setup. The beam is the attack.

A passive raises the beam when the party triggers Hydro-related reactions with different elements. One Hydro teammate who only applies Hydro does not add a stack by himself. Furina counts because her Salon drains and applies Hydro that the rest of the team reacts. A Pyro, Electro, Cryo, Dendro, Anemo, or Geo support who actually reacts with his Hydro is the stack. Three different reactions is the cap people build around. Two of the same element do not add a second stack.

One cycle on the field

Furina skill and burst first if she is in the team, then the healer, then Kazuha's skill to swirl Hydro. Switch to Neuvillette, cast his skill, pick up the droplet by walking through it, and hold the charged attack. When the beam ends, cast his burst for new droplets and beam again. If you dash in the middle of the beam, you cancel the rest of it. Dash only to dodge, then start a new one from a droplet.

He applies a lot of Hydro. A Xiangling standing in Bennett's circle will Vaporize, but she will also steal the aura Neuvillette wants for his own beam. Do not put an off-field Pyro in this team unless you have decided the team is hers, not his.

What to equip

Four-piece Marechaussee Hunter. His HP moves during the beam, so the set's crit rate stacks by itself. Sands HP percent, goblet HP percent or Hydro damage, circlet crit. Prototype Amber is a real weapon: the healing helps Furina's Fanfare and the energy helps his burst. A crit catalyst is better only after the burst is already on time.

Level the normal attack talent. The beam sits on that talent, not on the skill. Then the burst, then the skill. People who crown the skill and leave the normal attack at six are leveling the droplet, not the damage.
